To get the best results from the QANUC 500, you should tune on your sample. This is done automatically with the Protune module, if you choose the experiment Proton_withtuning. Do this before a 2D experiment, if your sample is not concentrated, or if you are doing quantitative work. You don’t need to run the experiment Proton – you can drag this to the trash.
